The Terms of Service comprises the entire agreement between you and scanexp.com and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH www.scanexp.com OR USING www.scanexp.com, CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ALL TIMES.
You are granted a restricted license to access and use this Website and Site Content solely for the purpose of evaluating the product and service offerings on the Website and making orders for ScanExp products and services through this Website. By implication, estoppel, or otherwise, you are not granted any rights or license in or under a patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual rights of ScanExp or any third party. Without ScanExp prior written consent, you may not use any meta-tags or other "hidden text" containing ScanExp name or trademarks.
You may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, pictures, images, messages, or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to ScanExp to print and service offerings. You acknowledge and agree that any Customer Content is completely your responsibility (and that of any other person from whom it may have originated).
When you upload or otherwise provide Customer Content to ScanExp, you warrant and confirm that you own or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, or other items you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ScanExp and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agreement.
ScanExp will not take any responsibility for your uploaded documents and other things that you provided us virtually or physically.
You can cancel your order any time before assigning to job status. If you cancel your order before it is assigned a Job Status, a Customer Service representative from ScanExp will notify you of any cancellation fees (any refunds will be credited to your account after at least 10 business days). Once a print order has a Job Status or has gone through any process, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be granted.
Customer shall maintain the security and confidentiality of the login ID and password. Customer may change the password or any other account information at any time by login to customer's account at scanexp.com.
scanexp.com will use commercially reasonable best efforts to prevent any fraudulent use of the scanexp.com service. ScanExp works diligently to prevent credit card fraud and cancels any Member accounts engaged in such activity and returns the merchandise to the merchant. Customer agrees to provide documents to insure against fraud, such as copies of identification and credit cards, purchase evidence, order confirmation, etc. Customer also agrees not to use the scanexp.com service for multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, receiving checks and/or money orders, and other business practices easily subject to abuse.
If any account is suspected of illegal or fraud use, scanexp.com may proceed to immediately terminate this Terms of Service and reserves the right to hold all packages of that account up to 3 months. After 3 months, scanexp.com reserves the right to return these packages and charge the return fee or destroy these packages.
